At Kate Quinn, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
